At Abid & Company (Pvt) Ltd., we take great care to ensure that all our products — including henna powders, perfumes, bakhoor, packaging items, and accessories — meet our quality standards prior to dispatch.

General Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the complexities of international shipping, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been dispatched. This helps us maintain product quality, hygiene, and authenticity.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@abidco.com.

Include the following so we can assess your claim quickly:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and outer packaging (showing any damage/shipping labels)

If eligible, we will offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exclusions

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products (e.g., perfumes, henna, bakhoor)
  • Custom, personalized, or bulk orders
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Minor variations in scent, color, or packaging that do not affect product performance
